Returns

Eligibility: Products labeled as "7 days returnable" on the product detail page are eligible for return or replacement.

Return Process: We will arrange a reverse pickup or ask the customer to return the product to our factory. A full address will be provided via email.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with proof of purchase and order number.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Notification: For damaged or incorrect items, customers must send photos or a video within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution: We will either replace the item or issue a refund after inspecting the item. Shipping costs for damaged products will be covered by us.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from confirmation.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, customers must provide their bank details.
